How to get started

  1. Schedule or contact Kimberleigh to set up a free 20-minute consultation phone call to talk about what you’re looking for and how Kimberleigh & holistic therapy may be a good fit.

  2. Complete and e-sign the intake forms at least 24 hours prior to the first appointment that Kimberleigh will send after the consult call. She will send you the Google Meet link once the forms are completed.

  3. Use the Google Meet link to join the virtual appointment when it’s time. If you’re using a mobile device/tablet, you’ll need to download the Google Meet app first.

  4. Participate in the 90-minute intake appointment where Kimberleigh will review the paperwork with you and ask you questions to help lay the foundation for therapy moving forward. At the end of the first appointment, you and Kimberleigh will set goals and talk about how often to meet to best achieve those goals!
