Investing in Your Sustainable Success

Overthinking isn’t just exhausting, it’s also expensive.

It costs you hours of sleep, missed time with your family and friends, & the mental and emotional energy you want to be able to give to other areas of your life. All costs that you’ve been paying for years.

Therapy is an investment that pays back over and over in reclaimed time and internal peace.

Ready to stop paying the “Anxiety Tax” on your life?

You aren’t looking for a generalist.

You’re looking for someone who understands the unique intersection of high-level performance and spiritual depth. My rates reflect my specialized training in both clinical psychotherapy and holistic healing modalities, and the ethical integration of these holistic approaches within therapy.

$250

75-90 minute Initial appointment

The initial appointment is longer to allow us time to identify your needs, concerns, & goals. We’ll also talk through the intake forms so I can answer any questions you have.

$175

50 minute Individual therapy session

Ongoing appointments are scheduled for 50 minutes and occur weekly, every-other-week, or monthly. Frequency is determined in the initial appointment and reviewed periodically.

Looking for a longer session to dive deep into the holistic & intuitive work?

Individual intensives are offered for 90-120 minutes and allow us to get deeper into what’s showing up in the mind & body, and time to engage in the holistic practices more fully. Instead of managing different appointments with multiple providers, you receive a one integrated experience that supports your mind, body, & soul simultaneously.

$275

90 minute Intensive

$350

120 minute Intensive

Intensives/extended appointments include more time spent on holistic practices such as yoga, Reiki, tarot, and EFT tapping. These intensives/extended appointments are not covered by insurance and only offered as private pay without superbills.

I contract with a group that allows me access to most BlueCross BlueShield and Aetna networks. If you have a commercial insurance plan with either of those providers, I may be in-network for you. You can check in your member portal to see if I am in-network with your specific plan. I am not in-network with any medicaid plans.

In order to use health insurance for services for both in-network and out-of-network services, a diagnosis is required and becomes part of your medical record. If you do not meet criteria for a diagnosis or you do not want a mental health diagnosis in your medical record, you can participate in therapy as a self-pay client.

Notice of Your right to a Good Faith Estimate

You have the right to receive a “Good Faith Estimate” explaining how much your medical and mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don’t have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for medical services, including psychotherapy services.  You have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate for the total expected cost of any non-emergency healthcare services, including psychotherapy services. You can ask your health care provider, and any other provider you choose, for a Good Faith Estimate before you schedule a service. If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you can dispute the bill. Make sure to save a copy or picture of your Good Faith Estimate. For questions or more information about your right to a Good Faith Estimate, visit www.cms.gov/nosurprises.
