This FREE app is a great resource for checking in and tracking emotions. The variety of emotions it shows helps you to narrow in on how you’re really feeling, and you can set reminders to help you check-in regularly. To dive deeper, use the journal entry part of the check-in to note things about how the emotion is showing up, body sensations, behavior urges, specific thoughts.
Insight Timer - Phone App
This FREE app has lots of tools for easing into a meditation practice.
The timer itself can be used to meditate on your own, with bells for the beginning and end and little chimes to bring your attention back throughout. There are also videos on the app with guided mediations with lots of different focuses so you can pick the one that best matches what you need!

Yoga with Adriene - Youtube channel
Yoga with Adriene’s YouTube page has 800+ videos for yoga you can access for FREE. You can find a wide range of videos to match whatever you’re looking for. Have extra anxious energy in the body to get out? Try a video with more movement and active energy! Looking for something more relaxing and restorative? Try a floor-based video and grab your pillow (or yoga bolster) to have with you!

Light Seer’s Tarot - tarot deck
This is a standard tarot deck with all the usual cards and a guidebook. The artwork on the cards is particularly helpful for intuitive readings and portrays different types of people. The deck is available in 2 sizes, I regularly use the standard size (not pocket size) in my sessions so clients can see the artistic details on the cards.
